Non-Discrimination Policy

Vtaca International upholds a strict non-discrimination policy in all recruitment and employment practices. Decisions regarding hiring, compensation, benefits, training, work assignments, career advancement, disciplinary actions, and termination are based solely on an individual’s qualifications, skills, and ability to perform the job.

The company does not tolerate discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, marital or parental status, association membership, sexual orientation, or political beliefs.

Employment of individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

Meal Break Policy

Vtaca International is committed to providing employees with a designated meal and prayer break, established with their consent. The break schedule is as follows:

  • Saturday to Thursday: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Friday: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Note: Sunday is designated as a rest day.

Overtime Policy

Vtaca International does not enforce mandatory overtime. If overtime is required, it will only be assigned with the prior consent of employees. All overtime work and compensation will comply with applicable labor laws and workplace standards.
